Bank of North Dakota recruiting
bloggers with $1,000 scholarships!!!
The College Planning Center at Bank
of North Dakota is recruiting high school juniors and seniors; college
freshmen, sophomores and juniors; and parents of high school and college
students to blog about the college planning and college experience.
Ten people
will be selected to blog 3-4 times each month, August 2013 – June 2014. In
return, the student bloggers will receive a $1,000 college scholarship for the
2013-14 or 2014-15 academic year. For the parents selected as bloggers, the
scholarship will be given to the child attending college. The scholarship can
be used at any accredited college in the United States.
“Our goal is
to make higher education more accessible to North Dakotans,” states Wally
Erhardt, Director of the College Planning Center. “The blog will offer
practical information and every day experiences for students and parents so
they are more comfortable with this important step.”
Applications
are being accepted until May 1, 2013. Visit the College Planning Center at the
