Counseling Program Parent Surveys

The links below will take you to the surveys relevant to you. I would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to complete both surveys if you have students in both the elementary and the high/middle school. Several questions are the same, but there are things that are different about my work with elementary as with the middle and high school students.

Each survey shouldn't take more than about 5 minutes to complete.

GS-Elementary Parent Survey

GS-High/Middle School Parent Survey

Thanks in advance for your help with this! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be used to make the counseling program better and more successful in meeting student and parent needs.
